As a Specialist, Global Talent Management at PageGroup, your primary responsibilities will encompass leading the design of performance management system, managing relationships with performance management vendor, defining new processes, and collaborating with other stakeholders within the organisation. ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  1. Performance Management:
  • Create and implement effective performance management systems that provide valuable insights to leaders.
  • Embed the performance management approach across the organisation by enabling P&C and leaders to establish a high-performance culture
  • Ensure performance reviews are aligned with broader talent management strategies to foster an integrated approach.
  1. Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with performance management platform vendor, ensuring services are optimised and effectively utilised to meet organisational needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve vendor-provided platform functionalities to enhance user experience and data accuracy.
  1. Broader Talent Management Projects:
  • Provide insights for developing new career development programs to support employee growth and advancement, as part of the initial discovery phase.
  • Contribute to the early stages of a new talent mobility approach aimed at facilitating internal movements and maximizing talent utilisation.
  1. Collaboration Across Pillars:
  • Work collaboratively with other pillars within the People & Culture function to ensure alignment and integration of talent management strategies.
  • Partner with Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and other teams to deliver cohesive talent management solutions.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilise data-driven insights to track talent metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations for executive leadership on talent management outcomes and opportunities.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Minimum Job-Related Experience Required:

  • Significant experience in talent management, performance management, career management, talent mobility, or related HR functions in large organisations.
  • Exposure to COE structures & large employee base deployments preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing performance management approach in a complex organisational environment.
  • Process implementation & Process digitization/ transformation experience across multiple geographies is required.

Special Skills/Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of talent management best practices, performance management methodologies, and career management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
