Seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Controller for a permanent contract in leading company in the beauty industry based in Madrid. The role requires expertise in accounting, finance, treasury operations and controlling.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Manage daily cash flow and prepare cash forecasts
- Conduct risk assessment and advise on investment strategies
- Coordinate with international departments for finance-related matters
- Perform treasury transactions and report on treasury operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Monitor market trends to maximise earnings and economic value
- Participate in the development of financial policies and procedures
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, ERP SAP is a plus
- Previous experience in Controlling roles
- Fluent level of English and Polish (other East European Languages could be a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
