Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Portfolio Management: Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement
- 1:1 Customer Training and Support: Provide technical and pedagogical assistance to instructors for effective tool implementation
- Content Creation and Training: Contribute to pedagogical content creation and facilitate training sessions
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in higher education or ed-tech
- Experience in customer-facing roles or instructional development
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and ed-tech tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for customer insights
- Advanced degree preferred
