Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education or ed-tech
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or instructional development
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and ed-tech tools
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for customer insights
  • Advanced degree preferred
