VP Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the strategy and roadmap for the core product and business solutions
• Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of Product Managers
• Establish strong connections between Product and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of Product Management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies in a SaaS environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
• Customer-centric mindset and experience with metrics-driven product management
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
