A company is looking for an Ops-UM Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain UM training curriculum for administrative and clinical processes
- Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for UM clinical staff
- Assess training needs, define requirements, and develop training plans to support Operations
Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience with 4 years in Utilization Management
- 2+ years of Training & Development experience, healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with Utilization Management, instructional design theory, and learning principles
- Experience using learning management software and tools such as Articulate or Captivate preferred
