A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Strategic Process Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage cross departmental teams to transform business requirements into user and functional requirements for workflow technologies
  • Provide basic daily technology support and work with UI/UX designers to document business needs for digital project deliverables
  • Responsible for test plan development, user acceptance testing, and gap analysis

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience creating software requirements specifications and application configuration
  • Power User of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Experience with retirement plan administration or business process management preferred
  • Pega Certifications or 3-5 years of Pega or business process management experience
