Offensive Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Offensive Security Operator, Red Team (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct covert adversary simulation activities to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
• Apply offensive tactics to mimic threat actors and provide expertise to cyber defenders
• Build and maintain technical infrastructure to support Red Team operations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 5 years of information security experience
• 3 years of experience in covert red team operations
• 2 years of experience in malware development and EDR evasion
• One or more relevant certifications (OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GXPN, CRTO)
