- 10+ years of experience in broad-based and executive compensation design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
