Senior Default Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Default Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document project objectives, elicit requirements, and write project specifications
• Establish effective testing strategies and develop training programs for system knowledge
• Stay current on industry regulations, recommend updates to internal policies, and participate in peer reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification in Project Management
• 6 years of relevant experience in Business or Mortgage Banking roles
• Experience in process improvements and business systems analysis within default, bankruptcy, and REO
• Expert-level knowledge of mortgage loan documents, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google docs, and third-party software applications
