Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Publications and Knowledge Tool teams
• Manage content creation, validation, and change management processes
• Develop strategic plans for optimizing Knowledge Tool content and user experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage lending experience in loan processing, underwriting, or sales
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Proficiency in MS Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
