Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager (Consumer Experience) position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a cross-functional engineering team, guiding development across the full tech stack
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate vision into an actionable roadmap
• Lead the hiring process and provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering & delivery
• 4+ years of managing engineering teams
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute meaningfully to discussions on architecture and product decisions
• Experience establishing successful partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners
• Proven experience in owning and managing public-facing APIs
