Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager in the Southwest region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire a high-performing sales team
• Develop and execute region-specific account strategies
• Forecast revenue and manage relationships with channel partners

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in security, networking, or software solutions
• 3+ years of sales team leadership experience focusing on new business growth
• Proven track record of closing complex sales and managing deals of $50K+
• Experience building relationships with executive-level partners and customers
• Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies is a plus
