Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist in planning and executing training programs and workshops
  • Design and develop training content and materials

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience with Learning Management Systems and Engagement Platforms
  • 2+ years coordinating and creating programs within a People Team or other internally facing function
  • 2+ years of managing and maintaining an onboarding program
  • Knowledge of learning development models (i.e. ADDIE, SAM)
  • Passion for employee engagement and development
