A company is looking for an L&D Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in planning and executing training programs and workshops
- Design and develop training content and materials
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with Learning Management Systems and Engagement Platforms
- 2+ years coordinating and creating programs within a People Team or other internally facing function
- 2+ years of managing and maintaining an onboarding program
- Knowledge of learning development models (i.e. ADDIE, SAM)
- Passion for employee engagement and development
