Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior technical analyst and process team lead for projects in the functional area
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and review business requirements
• Develop strategies and implement approaches for creating project deliverables and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in business analysis or related field
• Project leadership experience is desirable
• Applicable certifications are preferred
• Proven knowledge of the insurance industry, its products, practices, and operations
