Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop Team: Manage and mentor a team of Agency Success professionals
• Strategic Relationship Management: Foster and grow relationships with agency customers throughout the customer lifecycle
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and forecast customer usage to provide visibility into renewal and growth pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in agency partnerships, business development, or sales within the Martech industry
• In-depth understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices
• Proven ability to analyze market data and lead data-driven decision-making
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams
