Software Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates subject matter expertise in developing complex code using multiple programming languages
• Designs and delivers program specifications for code development and support on multiple projects
• Provides analysis, modification, and development of code/unit testing to develop application documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software designing, developing, testing, and analyzing data
• Advanced knowledge and use of modern programming languages/technologies
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other Technical degree; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• Experience with IBM Rational Tools is preferred
