Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to create measurement and evaluation plans
- Analyze data to measure training effectiveness and provide actionable insights
- Design and develop interactive learning content using adult learning principles
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Four years of instructional design experience
- Proven experience in data analysis and learning measurement
- Experience with digital learning development tools and Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of training metrics and evaluation methodologies
