Senior Account Executive – Pharma Marketing Agency

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive in Pharma Marketing Agency – Account Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communications with team members and clients, coordinate pitch presentations, and lead point of contact for assigned projects
• Implement projects to ensure success and profitability, drive daily project activities, and facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review process
• Support client services by managing projects, developing timelines, and preparing client contact reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management in a pharmaceutical agency
• Experience with direct client contact, pharmaceutical drug launch experience, and familiarity with MLR process
• Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical-legal-regulatory reviews
• Pharmaceutical agency experience and knowledge of budget monitoring and financial reporting
