A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide technical guidance to customers deploying Cofense solutions
  • Develop documentation and canned responses to improve consistency of support responses

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience with troubleshooting skills in enterprise networks
  • Basic IT Security knowledge and familiarity with Incident Response
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Moderate Network communication troubleshooting experience
  • Linux experience, Cloud hosting technology, and familiarity with Internet protocols
