A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and in a timely manner
- Provide technical guidance to customers deploying Cofense solutions remotely
- Develop documentation, FAQs, and canned responses to improve support responses
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of technical support experience in troubleshooting enterprise network solutions
- Moderate Network communication troubleshooting experience
- Linux experience, familiarity with Cloud hosting technology, and basic IT troubleshooting abilities
- Basic understanding of enterprise email clients and messaging protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
