Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Provider Contracts in the Dental Market Segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standardized provider contracts and contracting strategies
• Monitor network adequacy for Medicare and Medicaid services
• Oversee development of provider contracting strategies and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years’ experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care, or Provider Contracting
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing employees
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 6+ years in Provider Network contracting in Dental market segment
