Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Evaluate Calls: Review concierge call interactions to assess agent performance
  • Provide Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback to agents and team leaders
  • Collaborate with Training Teams: Develop and implement training programs based on call monitoring results

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 3 years’ experience in customer service with a focus on quality assurance or health care systems
  • Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Medicare managed plans and proficiency in relevant applications
