HR People Analytics Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR People Analytics Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Power BI reports
• Partner with internal HR customers and leadership to identify opportunities and gather requirements for standardized reports
• Work with cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams to plan, develop, and utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree with 8 years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 2 years of related experience
• 2 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and query languages (DAX preferred, M Language, SQL and PeopleSoft Query)
• Understand data infrastructure concepts such as ETL, architecture, and data modeling
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience
