A company is looking for an Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and foster new relationships through strategic account-based selling efforts
- Navigate key senior decision-makers within the enterprise account segment to identify opportunities and drive sales
- Initiate, negotiate, and secure new customers while driving growth within the existing customer base
Required Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in Talent, HCM/HR software, or Recruitment/Talent/HR
- Proven credibility consulting with C-Suite level decision makers
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and building lasting relationships with global brands
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to communicate the value of solutions effectively
