Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their Blueprint team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product team and stakeholders to implement new features and services
• Lead engineering projects from design to implementation and ongoing operation
• Coach and mentor direct reports while supporting the engineering team culture

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a SaaS startup environment
• Full-stack experience in a modern technology stack, with prior software engineering experience
• Experience leading teams on technical projects and fostering team development
• Knowledge of at least one mainstream programming language, including Node.js, Go, or Elixir
• Experience with modern practices related to testing, QA, DevOps, CI/CD, and service ownership
