Director of Medicare Optimization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Medicare Segment Optimization (Remote within the US).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate execution of Medicare performance objectives and coordinate accountabilities across segments and markets
• Analyze activities to identify trends and develop recommendations for performance improvement
• Implement and monitor strategic plans to achieve growth and performance objectives for the segment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Managed Care, specifically in government programs or Medicare/Duals Health Plan Operations
• Strong leadership experience in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Graduate degree preferred
