Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Channel Experience (Provider Web Channels) to oversee process improvement and project management related to provider web services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Availity provider web channel services to enhance provider utilization and satisfaction
• Oversee a team of Channel Managers focused on service improvements and issue resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop future strategies for the web channel and monitor service performance

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Managed Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with the Availity platform
• Leadership experience with Channel Managers and Product Owners is preferred
