Business Process Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Leader for Salesforce Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects and manage the product backlog
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy and manage user adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in large-scale systems implementations focused on business processes
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role related to system implementation
• Some experience with Salesforce is preferred; willingness to learn Salesforce is essential
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
