Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a multi-year client program in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops and sessions
• Support business process re-engineering and implement Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and tested

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical studies
• 5 years of overall IT Business Analyst experience
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically in Salesforce development
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including architecture and customization capabilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Apex
