VP of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead their engineering team and drive technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 35+ engineers, focusing on recruitment, management, and development of talent
• Drive continuous improvement and establish processes for achieving key performance metrics
• Define the technical vision for a modern eCommerce engine that supports customer acquisition and retention

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience, including a previous VP role
• Experience in eCommerce product development in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive technological investments that align with business outcomes
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC-2)
• Knowledge of technologies such as AWS, K8s, ML, and Databricks
