A company is looking for a Senior Group Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Monitor and analyze customer and team performance to inform operational changes
- Serve as a representative in late-stage prospect meetings and coordinate Customer Advocacy efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in Customer Success
- Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau; Gainsight experience is a plus
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
