A company is looking for a Senior Group Manager, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Monitor and analyze customer and team performance to inform operational changes
  • Serve as a representative in late-stage prospect meetings and coordinate Customer Advocacy efforts

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in Customer Success
  • Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau; Gainsight experience is a plus
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
