- Develop strategic account plans and mitigate churn risks through effective negotiation
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in renewals and expansion within enterprise accounts
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead complex negotiations with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Customer Success principles
- Experience in HR industry and SaaS is a plus
