M A Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Lead Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and coordinate M&A projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish direction for IT workstream and remove roadblocks for M&A projects
• Lead planning and execution of IT integration activities, ensuring timely delivery of Separation/Migration Plans
• Develop and maintain the IT M&A Playbook and standardize processes for future acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance, economics, or business communications in the financial services industry
• 8+ years of management experience with cross-functional teams
• Project management experience preferred
• Demonstrated servant leadership and ability to align departmental goals with organizational objectives
