Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic campaigns and partnerships with influencers and content creators
• Manage affiliate program and relationships, ensuring growth and optimization
• Analyze performance metrics to assess and improve influencer marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate performance marketing
• In-depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing management
• Proven track record of successful influencer marketing strategies
