A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to work remotely in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Active, independent Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC)
• Residence in Arizona
• Must not have opted out from Medicare
• Access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely
• Experience with Google Suite is a plus
