A company is looking for a Revenue Operations and FP&A Manager to drive revenue optimization and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sales and customer success processes and revenue reporting
• Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in revenue operations and financial planning within a high-growth tech environment
• Experience working closely with go-to-market teams, primarily sales and customer success/account management
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
