Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time remote Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients via video-based encounters and perform virtual counseling and psychotherapy
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and evaluate mental health assessments
• Maintain sensitive patient information and ensure compassionate care delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC) in the state of residence
• 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy experience (varies by license type)
• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Commitment to continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based interventions
