Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist responsible for supporting the monthly close process and corporate finance team projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Support accounts payable functions and assist with internal controls
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, particularly in development and operational accounting
• CPA or pursuing CPA is a bonus
• Experience with ERP software; knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus
• Ability to perform account analysis and prepare financial reports
