A company is looking for a Learning Consultant I to assess training needs and design effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify knowledge and performance gaps through stakeholder collaboration and recommend training interventions
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions utilizing adult learning principles and educational technologies
- Develop instructional content in partnership with instructional designers and subject matter experts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Learning Consultant or in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
