A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Course Developer to design workflow-based learning focused on learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand audience needs
- Design engaging eLearning and instructor-led training interventions
- Analyze training delivery impact and provide feedback on curriculum development
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in training development or eLearning creation
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) course administration
- Preferred degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or related field
