Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Customer Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and develop engaging learning experiences for customers
• Create various learning and development assets to enhance product adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training materials

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design at B2B SaaS companies
• Experience with course authoring and video/audio design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator)
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment techniques
• Ability to analyze training needs and create measurable training outcomes
• Direct experience with major LMS systems is a plus
