Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of their Business Process Management & Workflow domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product vision and strategy for Business Process Management/Workflow
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and roadmap development
• Conduct user research to gather insights and validate product concepts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of product management experience in relevant areas
• Experience in business process management, workflow, or related fields
• Understanding of customer-centric product design methodologies
• Experience in the solar, construction, or renewable energy industry is a plus
