Project Manager – US Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee Multifamily Building Solution Providers network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement of existing programs in the multifamily sector
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, and budgets
• Manage and develop relationships, increase coordination with key stakeholders, and resolve project issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, policy, public or business administration, architecture, real estate, urban planning, or related field
• Program implementation experience in clean energy technology or technical assistance for clean energy projects
• Knowledge of energy consuming systems in multifamily buildings and energy conservation measures in deep retrofit energy efficiency projects
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) and CEM or CEA
