A company is looking for an eLearning Developer responsible for creating and implementing various learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content experts to design engaging learning strategies and materials
• Lead projects and mentor associates in developing eLearning skills
• Evaluate and improve virtual training programs based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of an accredited program in web/multimedia design
• Three years of experience in creating interactive online learning activities
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Captivate
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate, and PowerBI
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop educational materials for adult learners
