We are looking for a seasoned CRM Marketeer with Product Management experience to provide maternity cover for an existing role – Group Head of CRM Product Development. In this role you will support the delivery of our global CRM Product Roadmap across all our growth pillars within the group; Michael Page, Page Personnel, Page Executive and Strategic Customer Solutions.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Oversee CRM Martech Product Roadmap Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CRM Marketing product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business needs.
  • Continuous Product Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements throughout the product lifecycle using agile methodologies such as workshops, user testing, and feedback loops.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, ensuring these insights are integrated into the product roadmap.
  • User Story Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to review, validate, and sign off on user stories for sprint allocation, ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collect and prioritise product requirements from internal teams.
  • Dependency Mapping: Clearly outline dependencies to facilitate smooth delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Backlog Prioritisation: Support the prioritisation of backlog items in line with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
  • Sprint Preparation: Ensure development teams have comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements, and that they understand the desired outcomes of their work.
  • Sprint Execution and Review: Contribute to the planning, execution, and review of each sprint, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality features.
  • Process Refinement: Work with the development team to refine and enhance the development process, promoting efficiency and agility.
  • Product Progress Monitoring: Inspect, monitor, and evaluate product progress throughout each iteration, making data-driven decisions to guide the development process.
  • Defect Analysis and Resolution: Analyse defects to assess business impact, prioritise resolution, and work with support teams to ensure timely fixes. Support defect reporting, escalation, and resolution processes for all CRM marketing-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with and secure buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, directors, and team members across product, data, marketing, and operations.
  • Primary Development Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams and internal stakeholders regarding CRM marketing product development, from inception through to post-launch activities and support.
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive internal and customer-facing technical product and training documentation.
  • Team Development: Provide individual coaching and talent development to grow expertise within the team, embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Issue Ownership and Troubleshooting: Take ownership of troubleshooting issues, identifying, and recommending solutions to the wider team, and ensuring effective resolution of CRM marketing defects.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM / email marketing and/or technical development.
  • Superior product management skills and strategic thinking
  • Understanding of marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing and Pardot
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development using agile methodologies and a scrum team, including sprint planning, user story creation, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports and provide strategic recommendations motivated by data
  • Proven skills in effectively communicating with and securing buy-in from a diverse group of stakeholders, ranging from executives to team members across various departments.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance, identify defects, assess business impact, and prioritize resolutions efficiently.
  • Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
