Sales Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and answer system, processes, and data queries from the Billing Sales team and cross-functional teams
• Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce for key reporting needs
• Design and operationalize systems, tools, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/business operations, data science, or business analytics
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets
• Advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
• Experience in Salesforce.com as a user and report developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
