Key Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding cycle from contract signing through launch
• Develop and manage integration architecture and change management strategies
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with strategic customers on technology solutions
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
• Proven project management experience
• Experience identifying and solving internal process inefficiencies
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
