Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partnering role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS company
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices and performance management systems
  • Familiarity with remote-first work environments and associated challenges
