Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between R&D and People teams for HR-related matters
- Oversee performance management processes and develop manager training programs
- Drive compensation strategies and monitor employee engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partnering role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and performance management systems
- Familiarity with remote-first work environments and associated challenges
