Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage incoming issues and requests
  • Provide accurate technical product support through various communication channels
  • Develop and maintain public-facing documentation and internal resources

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing technical support experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • 1-2 years of technical writing experience for public-facing documentation
  • Experience using Zendesk or equivalent ticketing system
  • Familiarity with MacOS and Google Workspace environments
