Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow post-sales Account Management function in partnership with Direct and Channel Sales Teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying expansion and up-sell opportunities while managing customer relationships
  • Coordinate technical resources for up-sell opportunities and manage time-to-revenue timelines post-contract signing

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management, including 3 years as a Strategic Account Manager
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts at all organizational levels
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and a background in SaaS
