A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join their Growth team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow post-sales Account Management function in partnership with Direct and Channel Sales Teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying expansion and up-sell opportunities while managing customer relationships
- Coordinate technical resources for up-sell opportunities and manage time-to-revenue timelines post-contract signing
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management, including 3 years as a Strategic Account Manager
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts at all organizational levels
- Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability
- Familiarity with Salesforce and a background in SaaS
